Black And White The beginning. The first photographic images were black and white. Before there were "personal" cameras, the photographers were almost HEROES. Bringing around their equipment now unthinkable, they have unveiled a world unreachable to all, with their heavy cameras, bulky, with glass plates on which was to be laid by hand a gelatin silver bromide, to be developed immediately after the shooting. Now, with our Reflex we go around and we take beautiful color pictures. Yet, even today, many photographers eliminate color information to give back, with Black and White, the wonderful atmosphere of unreality to their images. A charm that time will never change.
